The Turn-Around time for completion for Wig/Bundle Services is 7-14 Business Days. (Mon-Fri)
Shipping is 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
The turn around time begins once the wig is “delivered” to the address provided to you once you contact me. Pease do not ship your hair in large boxes or packaging, there is a possibility it will be returned to you. A small bubble mailer or a small flat box will suffice.
Please make sure your NAME and your Order # is on the package anywhere so that I will be sure that it’s you. Packages with a incorrect name or order number will be returned to sender.
If you are planning on getting your wig installed that you’ve gotten serviced please keep in mind that the turn around time will still be in effect even if you’ve booked an appointment, book accordingly! It’s best to have your wig serviced first and once it’s completed proceed to booking your appointment.
Please make sure that your wig is in New to Fair condition.
Please be sure that your unit is not completely falling apart, tracks are not slipping, lace is not damaged with holes and tears, and there aren’t any holes and rips in your unit. I will have to recommended a different service or return your unit if done so.
