• Please sure that you are reading all descriptions under each Service and Product. They all differ when it comes to service terms and policies 

• All Wigs, Hair, and Accessories are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• All sales are FINAL.

• If there is any issue with anything please contact me within a week of delivery to express your concerns so that i may give you a solution or i will accommodate you the best way that fits. 

• Please be sure to insert the correct email address so that you may stay updated with all notifications concerning your order 

• Please be sure when checking out that you insert the correct shipping address. Once the product leaves my possession, I am not responsible for any lost, held, stolen, or damaged products or packages.  It will be best to submit a claim or dispute with the shipping carrier to come to some sort of resolution. However, please feel free to contact me for any support, questions or any concerns. 

• I am not responsible for improper fitting wigs, so it is important that you have your correct measurement before checking out. There is a illustration under most product and service description to help you or you can refer to the illustration at the bottom of this page.
