Please make sure your NAME and your Order # is on the package anywhere so that I will be sure that it’s you. Packages with a incorrect name or order number will be returned to sender.
Please make sure that your hair is in New to Good condition. If you are using older bundles please make sure they are free of oil, product, and product build-up. Also, be sure that your bundles are washed and fully dried before shipping them off. There will be a inconvenience fee of $75 if not done so.
If your bundles are not new please be sure to have your lengths attached to your bundles in some kind of way so i can decipher between the bundle lengths.
Please do not have any stray, cut up, and uneven pieces sent to me for the use of your unit. I will not complete your unit.
You are allowed to upload a photo for inspiration, HOWEVER your unit will NOT look exactly like the photo that you uploaded. That goes for color and styling. No COLOR is ever going to look the exact same as the photo inspiration as well. I will do my best as a stylist to achieve the look you are wanting with my personal use of techniques but If you want look alike results, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SERVICE YOU IN THE MAKING OF YOUR UNIT! Please note that your quality of your bundles play a large role in how your unit comes out, your color, and your style. Please be sure you are sending in hair that you are familiar with and that you are confident in.
I am NOT responsible for anything pertaining to the hair and it’s condition and state before or after your unit is completed. If i see where your hair is not capable of or not able to achieve certain results i will notify you immediately.
Full color services can only be serviced for these colors ONLY! (Jet Black, Brown, Auburn Colors, Burgundy Colors, **Honey Blonde)
If there is a color outside of the colors i listed above you will need 613 hair & add on a 613 color Service.
For Closure & Frontal Units please be sure to include your measurements for your Circumference & your Font to Nape in the “measurements” Box.
